School Bell Breakfast Event Invitation

Winner of the 2022 Gold Philly Award in the Special Event Invitation category.

This folder enclosed the invitation, as well as the event logo, which was specifically for this event. This outer folder along with the invitation itself were packaged in a clear envelope to mimic the clear bags in which Lego bricks are packaged.

The Bright Futures Fund is an independent 501(c)3 corporation within the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph and The School Bell Breakfast is the organization’s marquee fundraising event. My client came to me with an idea to do a Lego-themed invitation. He wanted to mimic Lego bricks and had an idea to do the RSVP/donation instructions in the style of Lego instructions. The piece was packaged as an outer folder on which the address would print, then an interior bifold brochure with a micro-perforated RSVP and donation card, as well as a return envelope for respondents to place their RSVP.
